Financial Information
The information provided serves to clarify questions around the financial aspects of therapy. Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns that are not addressed.
Payments are due at time of service— I accept all major debit/credit cards, and you also have the option of using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
I am out-of-network with all insurance companies, though some insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network services. I can generate a monthly statement (Superbill) for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I am a fee-for-service provider.
It is always enthusiastically encouraged for you to contact your insurance provider for more information on out-of-network deductibles and reimbursement rates.

Below are some helpful questions to guide your conversation with your insurance company:
Am I able to be reimbursed for seeing an out-of-network mental health provider?
Do I have an out-of-network deductible I need to meet? If so, what is the deductible amount? How close am I to meeting this amount?
What is my policy period?
*A calendar year policy starts January 1 and ends on December 31. A policy year policy is a 12 month policy and can have a different start and end date, for example, September 1- August 31st. It is helpful to know one’s policy period when factoring in how much time you have to meet your deductible.
What is my coinsurance?
*Coinsurance is the percentage amount that your insurance company will reimburse you for each visit (after out-of-network deductible is met). For example, if therapy sessions are $150 per session and you have a 60% coinsurance, after reimbursement, you will only come out of pocket $60 per visit.
How do I submit reimbursement?
How long do I have to submit my Superbill?
How long can I expect to wait before receiving my reimbursement check from my insurance company?
